BC Transplant is changing brands of immediate release tracrolimus from Prograf to Sandoz starting fall 2019.

As of January 6, 2020, all post transplant clinics in BC are working with patients to convert them over to Sandoz tacrolimus.

BC Transplant has developed several resources to support patients through the change.
